About Me

I am an enthusiastic and creative communication strategist, passionate about making a difference for important causes by developing an innovative view of the audience and designing clever strategies and powerful delivery methods for boosting impact and results.

I have over 20 years experience working in Europe and the U.S. I am currently based out of San Francisco, facilitating community interaction for implementing emerging technologies in a community collaborative and blasting strategic online / web 2.0 / social media activity to help educate consumers in financial trading.  Then when I ‘m not out teaching, I consult for a range of businesses and non-profits. Prior to my current work in San Francisco, I managed diverse teams and multi-million marketing campaigns for Hewlett-Packard, developed double-digit ROIs for IBM, solved business challenges for innovative small and medium businesses, grew funding and awareness for non-profits, and created several small businesses.

I earned my MBA from University of Colorado and researched customer relationship and marketing performance as part of graduate studies with University of Newcastle, the Grenoble Graduate School of Business and SAS Institute in France, resulting in the publication of a decisional analysis textbook. I have lectured on interactive marketing, customer intelligence and consulting strategies for graduate students and Executive MBAs from all major continents.
