Building the Case — Studies, the Fun and the Facts

Granted, maybe it’s a bit of a strange hobby to enjoy reviewing interesting case studies like this word-of-mouth marketing case study from HP linked below.   The quote from page 31 of the slide set, “these are the kind of results most marketers would die for” kind of caught my attention.   Clearly some of my executive students are motivated to invest in social media because of the cool factor, and some want the facts, the stats, the proof.   Maybe this case study will address both.
